Dear Students,
I kindly inform you, that due to the structural changes of the university, in the Neptun system, the request forms and procedures has been reviewed and modified, and in the near future the procedure of application is going to be adjusted. Therefore, the applications (requests) in Neptun system are going to be open later, and the deadlines are going to be extended.
In the table below, you may find the details of the Neptun requests.
I also inform you, that due to technical errors, Neptun system is not able to manage the money transferred to the new university accounts yet, therefore the service fee function is switched off for the sevice fee charged requests, moreover, the subject retaking fee is switched off too.
For those service fees, what already have been transcribed in Neptun system with a payment deadline later than 1 February, the deadline is going to be extended.
Please, note, that as soon as the Neptun system’s disfunctions have been mended, all the service fee functions are going to be switched on. Moreover, all the service fees for all the requests you had submitted in the switched off period and subject retaking fees too, are going to be transcribed additionally.
Hereby I inform you, that the subject registration period of the spring semester in 2020/21 academic year was extended to 21 February 2021 (Sunday midnight) and at the same time, the 4-weeks-long delayed subject registration period was shortened to 3 weeks.
